Do a regular meeting with my friends and that day i craving for korea food so go try this restaurant call Big Mama

There is six complimentary and refillable side dishes served at Big Mama (kimchi, spinach, crunchy lotus roots, japchae, water-chestnut cake and ikan bilis)

Like the crunchy lotus alot… keep refilling it because the portion is small

We order Bibimbap, Buchu Jeon(Seafood Pancake), Dakgalbi for three and Suyuk (pork belly)

Pan-fried seasoning chicken with vegetables, rice cake, sweet potato, and spicy sauce After eating Dakgalbi, fried rice is strongly recommended with Kimchi, laver, sesame oil

Suyuk

Bigmama’s Suyuk (pork belly) is not boiled in water unlike normal Suyuk. Bigmama’s Suyuk is less oily as unnecessary fat is removed during cooking. It tastes plain and clean as if it is cooked in an oven. Enjoy Bigmama’s Suyuk with various sauces!

Will go back again to try the Pre-order: Baeksuk (Samgyetang). Samgyetang is Korean ginseng chicken soup. Its a very healthy food during in summer. Baeksuk = Samgyetang The difference is we use bigger chicken than Samgyetang and we also make chicken and vegetable porridge from the chicken soup. – Use fresh chicken (2 whole chicken) – Put 5 kind of herbs from Korea (황기, 오가피, 헛개나무, 두충, 당귀) + ginseng, garlic, date, wild sesame powder – Provide one whole chicken, 2 legs and soup + other part we make into chicken vegetable porridge
